Hi All,

I will soon be launching a new Spurs related podcast 'The 259 from Seven Sisters'.

The premise of the pod is me going on a journey, accompanied by my co-host, with the view to falling in love with Spurs again.

There's been a lot of talk about the disconnect between supporters and the club recently and for me that's been true for at least the last 2 years.

I will be inviting anyone with a link to the club to come on and tell me their favourite Spurs related story or memory that best illustrates why they love Spurs.

Of course there will also be a splash of current club chat.

You can find us on Twitter @259Podcast

I started listening to it and was enjoying it. Prsonally I find 45 minutes for most podcasts to be way too long. My attention span just doesn't last that long.

Keep it up though, a great start.

The plan is for them to be no longer than 30 mins to be honest.
Thank you

The important thing is to stick to your original vision. Some like me might struggle with a longer podcast but others will happily listen to someone talk about the club all day.

I much prefer 45-60 mins. Ultimately time should be guided by your content, but part of the appeal of podcasts is that you get the chance to explore things in detail. Most footie podcasts are more than 30 mins.

For what it’s worth I really enjoyed the first episode, good work.

Yeah long form pods are pretty common these days. Love him or hate him, Joe Rogan's pod, which is perhaps the most popular in the world, has average episodes of 2 hours + so I wouldn't be too worried about staying under 30 mins.

We've also just dropped a 3rd episode, which centres on the real aim of the podcast. I kick off our Memory Lane section by talking about my earliest memory of Spurs.
