I'm watching Scotty. I don't massively care about the result, I mean don't get me wrong I would love to beat the Spanish but as long as Parker stays fit I'm happy...is that wrong?

Secondly; in 31 years I have been on this planet, it's the first time I can safely say that our current spurs team would have more chance of beating Spain than this England side.

As a once avid England fan I can only agree with your comments. The current England squad and set up literally bores the pants off me as I wait for the Premier to re-start, keeping my fingers crossed that any Spurs players involved come back safe and sound from their respective international games.

Spurs have got as much chance of beating Barcelona (most of the Spanish side) as England does of beating Spain.

We're (i.e. England) doing OK given the obvious gulf in technical ability between the two sides.
