Is it true we have NO injuries in the 1st team?

Bale's still got strapping on his ankle... not sure he'd be classed 'fit' for an EPL game... also rumors that Robbo is possibly injured...

the question has to be asked why King Bale or Woody didn't play the other day

may be coincidence - or they're not fully fit?

At a glance, most of those are injuries that were incurred before the end of last season or ops this break, like Ronaldo.

So the only time we have a completely injury-free first team squad is when we have no competitive games to use them in.

Don't worry though, I'm sure at least half will be broken by August.

I guess King Woodgate and Bale isnt going to play in games like that. They`re probably more prone to injuries than any other defenders in the world so less games, less possibilities to get injured..

I think that the new fitness regime will make a big difference to the amount of injuries that we get..

With the list of defensive injuries we had at the start of last season, how did we think that we were going to do well?

The best signing we could have for the start of the new season would be a fit King. Gomes King and Woodgate at the back = a top class defense. Jol had a very good defensive record for 2 seasons, the best we had for a long long time, but with those three at the back, Ramos would surely improve on Jol's record.

Strange. While last year we scored at a Champions League rate but defended like relegation fodder; this season it could easily be the other way around unless Ramos puts his foot down to keep the top class strikers that we have. Not sure Bent could be included in that.

Back on the point, how valuable must top class training be. Good training = less injuries.
