Spurs should have been three points ahead going into the last game of the season. No it does not even out, there is no cosmic balance when it comes to these things.

btw, I sure hope the players arent belly-aching over officiating tonight. Im sick of hearing about dodgy lasagnas, "corrupt" UEFA rules and bad referees. get it done on the pitch.

He must never be allowed to ref a Stoke match again: he gives them everything. Never mind what he did to us there, he relegated Bolton on the last day by royally screwing them with terrible decisions favouring Stoke. As I recall, he disallowed a perfectly good Bolton goal that would have put them 3-1 up (and a win would've kept them up and relegated QPR) and then gave Stoke a penalty-that-never-was.

Maybe it all evens out over TWO seasons? In which case next season we'll win the league and Chelsea will be relegated.
