Ok, it's "just" ITK but I'm personally not keen on Nihat. LMF Santiago Cazorla Gonzalez may be of some interest.

Berbs4ever - COYS

Been told this morning that we are looking at Nihat and Santi Cazorla of Villarreal.

Wasn't told anything about prices but will try and get more info ASAP.

It would seem strange that they would want to leave Villareal and come to us - perhaps it is the Ramos factor?
We may be better off looking at Zaragoza players who are close to relegation!
However I am sure that Ramos has a far greater knowledge of Spanish players than I do - so if he rates these guys then we should go and get them!

I don't think Nihat is so bad, don't know too much about the other fella...

That's an interesting philosophy.

Don't know much about these guys, but would imagine that we would be derilict in our duties if we were not 'looking', however, perhaps the lack of price discussed indicates they are on the long list rather than the short one.

Yeh we should perhaps be aiming higher than the La Liga relegation teams for our players if we want to break the Top 4.......

Valencia are 12th and could end up 9th at the end of season depending on other results, so not the same thing.

Thw whole leeds thing is a different kettle of fish. Plus Man Utd weren't trying to break into the top 4, so they could take a risk, we can't, we need top 4 quality players this summer.

Well, maybe so now, but if they hadn't won their last two games against Zaragoza and rivals Levante, they would probably have been relegated. The LA liga table at the moment is extremely even.. only in January were Deportivo la Coruna in deep shit, and are now fighting for Uefa cup spots..

wasn't rio the most expensive defender ever and widely regarded as the best centre back in england when man u bought him? doesn't sound like much of a risk to me...

Are you saying that there are no quality players at Zaragoza?
Perhaps they are performing poorly because there have been a lot of different managers in charge this year!

I'd take Aimar and Zapater in a heartbeat.
