He was very promising 3 years ago but then got his leg broken in CL game vs Olympikos (a really dirty tackle at that!) and since then struggled to recover. Slowly been coming back but can't see him being an impact player nor better than what's already at the club.
Can play OMF or WMF (but he's not really a winger), fairly fast and technical but not very strong built.

I was provided with som ITK info today aswell!!
I heard from a very reliable person that four people from Spurs (Bryan King and possibly Commoli plus a legal advicer) was in Drammen Norway a couple of weeks ago to talk to Rosenborg. The player in question was Per Ciljan Skjelbred. A hard working CM. From Rosenborg was Rune Bratseth there as he is Sporting Director.
The person that told me this is not a Spurs fan. He was out having dinner with a buisness assotiate who knows Bryan King personally.
I know that it's old news that we are looking at Skjelbred, but I was not aware that it was so serious as this.
Passed on in good faith
