We could have done with O'Hara on our bench yesterday.
He is just the sort of player we would have thrown on 20 mins towards the end of the second half. His tenacity and drive would have lifted the team. We probably would have won if we had this sort of midfield drive as well as the attacking options we had out wide.
Regarding his comments; well this whole season he has been a Pompy player. Given the turmoil the club has been through then I can see all the players gelling and bonding together so the use of 'we' and 'us' is not disrespectful to Spurs.
On the point of wanting us to lose, well selfishly if it meant me play being able to play in an FA CUP FINAL then I guess I might want Spurs to lose too. It is not every day a player gets the chance of an FA CUP FINAL appearance.
I've said it before on this site that I think O'Hara is a great addition to our squad. I think he has come on leaps and bounds this year at Pompy. Good luck to him, I hope he gets his winners medal and comes back next season and gives SPURS that midfield leadership we lack on cold, evening away games somewhere in Russia in the Champions league, and that never say die spirit we lack when things are not going our way!
