I hope I'm mistaken but I highly doubt anything is wrong with him, just wanted to be off the pitch after the early goal. Looks like he has his mind set on playing well with Belgium (for whom, if karma exists, he shouldn't be anywhere near starting based on his performances for us) and getting a move away from Spurs from that.
