That’s true. But I would argue that you don’t need that to see what’s going on on the pitch. And in terms of entertainment, was it that much more entertaining to watch the team constantly recycling the ball around the halfway point or further back? There’s a limit to have nice it is to watch square passing against established defences.Not everyone is listening to tactical podcasts and YouTube channels.
