The scene in All or Nothing when he has that conversation with Rose told me everything. A totally sudden change of atmosphere and mood when he felt a certain degree of criticism. The stupid thing about Mourinho is that he just keeps falling out with players.
He looked so happy and chilled to be back in football but the same situation has come back again.
Most of his firings have come from this issue.
It would start with some like this ... "Respect Man ..... Respect Respect Respect .............."Would love to see how that conversation goes.

Mourinho's hardly the first manager to fall out with someone though, is he?The scene in All or Nothing when he has that conversation with Rose told me everything. A totally sudden change of atmosphere and mood when he felt a certain degree of criticism.
I thought you was exaggerating
You know how this goes, we'll probably scuff one early, defend like beavers until the 89th minute just before the board goes up to show 2 added minutes and Werner will put a hattrick away. This Chelsea game is massive. Show a bit of fucking effort or something is seriously wrong
@Rob will need a server just for this thread alone. You know how this goes, we'll probably scuff one early, defend like beavers until the 89th minute just before the board goes up to show 2 added minutes and Werner will put a hattrick away.
People will at least know that would be the end of Jose and start popping their magnums of champagne.@Rob will need a server just for this thread alone.
It’s more Babycham, isn’t it?People will at least know that would be the end of Jose and start popping their magnums of champagne.
Don't think calling out fellow Spurs fans, is 'brilliant'. We are not Arsenal.
This the same guy who was adamant we should sign Sangare and was spaffing in his pants when we were linked?
The point is we could all sit here in hindsight and say someone was wrong or right months down the line.
On the surface our window appeared to be excellent and very shrewd. However, it still didn't change the fact that we hadn't signed a CM or an experienced CB, which are two big reasons we have had problems. You can only really judge the window on the players that came in, I could easily make an argument that we are paying for a period of no recruitment and are having to buy way more players than needed.
The players we signed wasn't going to be enough to satisfy all our issues, yet there was no chance we'd sign 10 players in one window.
It’s more Babycham, isn’t it?
Agree but also the way he treated the head physio was also pretty out of order, things not going his way and he becomes a different character. I really wanted him to succeed but I remember watching AON thinking he and Levy were both actually quite weird. Even when Jose was saying to Kane he could make him explode in the same way that Jose’s profile is global his meaning was well intended but it was just a bit awkward, I think over time his small comments add up.The scene in All or Nothing when he has that conversation with Rose told me everything. A totally sudden change of atmosphere and mood when he felt a certain degree of criticism.
I think that is a very good point.Mourinho's hardly the first manager to fall out with someone though, is he?
When Poch cast Andros and Ade etc out, it was seen as ruthless and strong. Even the treatment of Vincent Janssen was extremely harsh and detrimental to the team, but he was backed because it was down to the player to impress him. Not the other way round. Same could be said about Sissoko for the first year or two, who was told he'd been signed to 'train with the team' and wasn't guaranteed to play.
So, it's hardly newsworthy that a manager falls out with a player or two. Maybe he's just not good at picking *who* to fall out with..?
Sorry, chap but quoting out of context won't work.
The full thing you said is:
That reads like Poch's involvement was incidental or 'lesser' while Mourinho is full on responsible.
