As I said earlier in the week aside from two wins against Man.U & Man.City earlier in the season when they weren’t up to speed our results vs top 8 are absolutely shocking which is the main reason why I can’t see Jose winning anything with us or taking us forwards

Spurs 2-0 Arsenal - we got a bit lucky
Liverpool 2-1 Spurs - we got battered
Spurs 0-2 Leicester - awful
Spurs 1-3 Liverpool - awful
Spurs 0-1 Chelsea - awful
Man.C 3-0 Spurs - awful
West Ham 2-1 Spurs - only turned up for 2nd half
Arsenal 2-1 Spurs... getting absolutely battered

Everton also knocked us out the FA cup.

Just adding perspective when people getting carried away by a few wins over Burnley, C.Palace and Wolfsberger.

Losing to Arsenal when we’ve had a go you can accept but 13 shots to 2 against one of the worst Arsenal sides in decades is simply not acceptable, our performances in big games under Jose are on the whole utterly abject, passive and underwhelming.

Writing all that before the final whistle. You were really banking on us not getting an equaliser.

We play better on the front foot. We don’t play on the front foot against any team of any significance and it hasn’t really worked. Not much more to this than that. Expect the same against Villa next week.

So disappointing, have said all along there is no point doing anything before the end of season and still do, performances like this will do much more damage than the good little run we've been on.

This was an acid test of Jose since we have turned a corner and we were awful, the players other than Lucas were also awful.

Jose you may have got us firing against the poor teams and the football we play in those games is a huge improvement. But you cannot allow that performance to happen, the lack of desire and urgency was as low as I've seen this season.
