I say he should have gone much earlier but I can totally see what Levy was going for, backed him in the transfer window and supported him through the earlier rough patches.
I'm not sure it was a proper backing, I dunno, I can't remember it all.......if spending money on alternates is doing that then yeah I suppose. But meh, there's enough to fling at Levy without that.

Get him out now. He doesn't have a strategy, the players don't play for him. Bring in literally anyone until the end of the season.

Starting Sissoko and Winks was a sackable offence for me on its own. There's absolutely no defending that tonight. Yes the players were fucking horrendous. But he picked em', he's supposed to motivate them, and the buck stops with him.

I'm shocked with that shit tonight.

We know they are shit but still should be good enough to do this. Hojbjerg is suspended, Tanguy looked sloppy against Arse, what to do? many on here had them in their line up. Its the attitude that stinks most.

Your forgetting building his defence around Dier.

And making Sissoko undroppable. And using Bergwijn at RWF when it wasn't working. And some of the shocking 5 at the back formations. And benching the new back up striker until he was totally out of form. And not promoting Skipp over Winks and Sissoko at the end of last season so he had to fuck off on loan to get game time in a better side in the Championship.

I dont know anyone on here but in my short time have enjoyed the debates.

Not that it's my place but wanna remind everyone were all spurs and the two camps of jose in or out were both there because we want the best for spurs and we will all be spurs long after poch, jose or another manager comes in and then goes.

I've wanted him gone since before the reboot last season and I think we're at the stage now where a mason or king could take over. The players need someone they like in charge who can get them feeling positive and let them play .

Then at the end of the season go for nanglesmann or flick and make some tough decisions as to how we're going to raise funds.

Crap interview by Mourinho. It’s not enough to feel sad. This consistent shitshower happens too frequently for it to not be a management issue

Oh and should mention this, the players are still responsible and we all knew we needed 'new furniture' but Poch was that man to make those changes and deserved a chance ata rebuild. Jose was never going to be that man.

ps - this isnt a post about Poch but moreso about Jose not being that man for the rebuild. He isnt 100% to blame but the way we play he is to blame.

Winks and Dier should be nowhere near starting for Spurs, a club like us. Levy needs to get in the real world and realise we have a lot of shit players in the squad.

Our spine was Winks, Sissoko, Sanchez and Dier....Kane apart that is shambolic quality. Sanzhez has shown he can be worth a squad place next to a leader type, but the other three are utterly abject.

Jose needs to go, but Levy also has to sort our squad out otherwise we will still be fucked next season.

All we heard from people and especially ITK's is that Poch wouldn't accept alternatives and how difficult he was. We all praised Jose at the time for having a list and being flexible. Clearly we were wrong.

I think even Crouch was hinting he needs to go.

I think he should of gone a few games ago, the only thing keeping him here was potential Europa league final, now that's gone. I don't care about the carapoo Cup final. Bargain basement Cup, fa Cup doesn't even have the respect it used to have especially since they took sponsorship in my eyes, what does that make the energy drink cup.

There are at least two glaring problems at the club at the moment:

1. The squad players aren't even remotely good enough. The Winkssoko midfield is an absolute car crash and upgrades are clearly needed at fullback and CB.

2. This team has no fucking clue what it's doing in attack aside from moments of genius from individual players.

I don't see anything to suggest that fixing the former would solve the latter. Yes there are problems in the squad but it ultimately falls to the manager to ingrain some semblance of an identity in the team. We need to move in another direction.

I don't think the squad is that bad tbh, although the CM definitely needs an upgrade.

I'm not calling for Mourniho out, because in my mind he's already gone

As I posted this morning, there's no way that Levy will keep him for next season; our dear leader is pretty ruthless when the results don't come in.

Question now is who will take over?
