Listened to totally football and football weekly podcasts today and both talked about Jose and the "negative spiral" although must be said that Totally football went really into it today while football weekly has done it more over last few months especially Wilson and Glendenning.

The fact that so many journalists seem to be just waiting for it to go toxic and for him to get the sack should actually feed into my narrative as to why I didn't want him ( I really didn't want him) but is it just me that actually wants him to succeed even more because of the media reactions?
If he stays for more that 2-3 years it's because he has been successful so while I never wanted him I hope he stays for 5+ years because it will mean he's brought us forward and hopefully silverware.

Is it just me?
Nope

I really think you should form yer own opinion on football and how you would like to see it play and progress and us as a club . All this listening to podcasts or so called journalists is a massive air wank, means zip. I couldn’t give a toss what they are saying but that’s just me. Get yer own opinions without being slanted by the media whores who write shit for clickbait

Not just you- Football Weekly winds me up on Spurs so much- Wilson is the worst who has his narrative about the era of pressing- although it was supposed to be German pressing until Liverpool came off the rails, and now its Pep pressing again, and Jose is just persistent low block dinosaur. I asked him on Twitter how he would describe Klopp's tactics in the CL final but he didn't reply. I'd have loved Jose to prove them all wrong.

I agree form your own opinions. The media narrative is important though because it influences players, managers, club officials and other fans. Good to challenge the lazy cliches they put out.

Is that a possibility if United are second and win Europa, we finish 5th, do we get CL?
I think so. I'm not 100% sure, though.

With all the hullabaloo over the new Europa Conference League, it's all going a little... Over My Head

Seriously, though - I'm not sure.
