I'm not normally a conspiracy theorist but the timing of this cannot be a coincidence surely?

Jose was appointed to win us something and after all the opportunities we've had to sack him, we do it 5 days before a cup final?

Either the news about him being angry with the club regarding the ESL is true (and if so I have to begrudgingly give Jose a lot of respect) or the ESL have asked/bribed us to do it to take some heat off the the ESL announcements.

I read that back and I realise I sound completely bat shit crazy but just find the whole situation bizarre!

this is perfect Jedi mind tricks, he knows he gonna get sacked. so instead of Waiting it out he goes on a protest, defending football. If he gets sacked he a martyr, not because he underperformed.
