I may be wrong or could just be exaggerating; but i don't think that Ramos has even made 1 substitution during his short time with us that has not had an impact.
what about all the times he taken Lenny off and put Pooteng on? that **** couldn't make an impact in a 5 a side game let alone the prem

What I love about Juande is that he is fearless. The majority of managers are hesitant and reluctant to make big decisions but our lad dives right on in and chops and changes as he see's fit. And most usually with remarkable insight

We won, we played amazing, but lets not forget we had a full strength team today dont want to seem negative but the main the main reason we won was woody and king. can we count on them week in week out? well done JR love ya

Bollocks!! Woody and King yes, plus we are defending more in numbers, plus we are no longer second best to a fifty fifty ball, plus our positioning is now much more effective, plus when the substitutions are made they are now tactical and not for the sake of it, plus the team are playing to 123 mitutes and 46 sconds and no longer just till 89 minutes (they are fitter) so once again Bollocks!!

Certainly we were brilliantly prepared (physically, mentally and tactically) for the match. I wonder how differently the teams would have been set out had Ramos been in charge of Chelsea and Grant in charge of us. Ramos would have gone 4-4-2, would he have left out Terry or Lampard or both?

--------------Anelka------Drogba

J.Cole----------------------------- Wright-Phillips

-------------Ballack----- Essien

Bridge-------Terry------ Carvalho----Belletti

------------------Cech

I have no idea how Grant would have set us out. 4-5-1 with Keane on the left?

Juande is refreshing as he seems to have an understanding of strategy like no other coach we've ever seen- he is very special.
Curbishley was still trying to work out how to counter Ramos' team changes 3 days after the match with W Ham!
I noticed on Sunday that he was gesturing to the players to talk to each other - either that or he was doing a Rod Hull impersonation and had lost Emu - who needs to speak the language?

Curbishley was still trying to work out how to counter Ramos' team changes 3 days after the match with W Ham!

Curbishley said after that match that he had no idea what formation we were playing in the second half, which is a scandalous admission by an EPL coach.

And Faubert is stunned by Curbishley's lack of tactical preparation:
"We have gaps in that area of the game, our tactics and on the defending and positional aspects. We rarely speak tactics at training, and since I've been here we have done just two tactical training sessions."

Juande's tactical acumen gives us a clear edge against lots of teams.
