I'd have to say Ramsey, I think he'll be a superstar. Although the one player I would love us to sign who we were linked with in January would be Lucho Gonzalez

If I had to pick just one player then I would take Makoun - because he is the type of player we really need in our team.
I would love us to sign Dos Santos too because he is an exceptional talent and young Aaron Ramsay will indeed be an excellent player!
My favourite Spurs type player to sign, reminiscent of Hoddle/Carrick would be Riccardo Montolivo from Fiorentina!
Its soo difficult to just pick one.

I'd love to have Ronaldo, Ronaldinho or Eto'o at the lane... but we don't have a chance in hell in signing the first two and probably not the 3rd one!

Dos Santos would be a far better signing than any of these. He is an incredible talent and if we could somehow prize him away from Barca, aged 19 we could have one hell of a future star. Not to mention the likes of:
Bale,Lennon,Bostock? and plenty of other young talents we've signed.

If not then Capel or A quality GK or CB i.e Dunne or Hart would be nice.

Though I'm tempted to say Carrick because he's proven talent and we know that he would succeed in the premier league I'm also a firm believer that you shouldn't take your exes back (they're exes for a reason) :eek:mg: so I will say Dos Santos - he's the future - and hopefully the not too distant future.

Petr Chec...

He is worth about 10 premiership points. With him in goal we'd most definitely be top 5 pushing 4th.

I'd smash the goal keeping transfer record for him.

David Villa. But it was never gonna happen.

I did get excited about Dunne but that doesn't look like happening now either.

Dos Santos should be worth a watch though.

Ronaldinho, gotta be (or Gattuso would also be fucking immense).

Realistically, Dos Santos.
