Wonder how much they'll sell him for next year
Exactly my reading of the situation. We weren't willing to be a stepping stone for him with a release clause so he's gone somewhere whose model is exactly that so best of luck to him

That seems logical. We weren't willing to be a stepping stone for him with a release clause so he's gone somewhere whose model is exactly that so best of luck to him
so because you heard that we might be the stepping stone for him so we didn't go for him...nothing is guaranteed...people change their mind all the time under any circumstances...keita only wanted juventus but look at where is he now...i don't believe that alli will stay for very long...so are we the stopping stone for him?
unless if we are the best team in the world and we are superior than real madrid, barca, bayern, juventus, psg...otherwise, a lot of young players want to play for them...that's a fact...can't change that now...so we refuse to sign young players because we don't want the players to join those teams in the near future?
