I hate feeling negative about one of our own players but I just can't find anything about Sissoko that makes me think he's a good professional footballer. When we signed him, the worry was all about the lack of effort he would put in, but it's not even that. It's his ability that's really worrying. He genuinely has trouble controlling a ball. Everyone miscontrols at some point but he seems to do it much more often than not. His passing is either backwards or waywards. He couldn't even place a simple header into the path of one of our players with no one challenging him. He really adds nothing to our team at the moment. I'd love to be proved wrong and for him to just turn a corner next season but I can't see it. I can't see the ability. Maybe the price tag means we expect more but I'd be just as disappointed if he cost £5m. The Euros seem to be a distant memory and one off.

Really hope he sorts himself out otherwise sell asap and buy someone who has a basic knowledge of how football works. I'll support him fully while he's here but I've never felt this negatively about a Spurs player, not even Doherty, Vega or Tramezzani etc (maybe because they were playing in bang average teams at the time).

I struggle to see what makes him a footballer, let alone a "good professional footballer"

We've probably all played with people in 5 a side or pub teams that could do a better job than Sissoko.

How did this Spurs TV guy get the job as commentator. He always sounds like he's curling one out.

I liked Miller in the friendlies last season was it? Seems to adapt to play wherever he's asked despite really being a no.10
