I thought it might be a good idea to name and shame some of our more fickle 'fans', who are prone to the odd bout of knee-jerking.

I'll start things off, the match thread this evening is a fairly good hunting ground.

At 1-0 down ...

Told you!!!

Get rid now please!!!

We are a fucking laughing stock.

Where the happy clappers now???!!

Joke .

Fulham needs a second goal to sack AVB. Come on

Sack that twat now - useless.

Season over

It was always going to be like watching a slow motion car crash.

He should of been sacked after the Newcastle debacle.

We are a poor poor side.

Please Levy get rid in the morning.

The most boring spurs team I have ever seen and now we are losing games.

Bye bye Andre. You won't be missed!

Two crackers from Parklane Block 34, contender for knee-jerker of the week?

TO BE CLEAR this is a thread calling people to account for the negative bile they spout all over the match day thread. THIS IS NOT A DIG AT PEOPLE WHO WANT AVB OUT.

To be fair that was a terrible performance, just because we won doesnt mean it wasn't. We should be thankful for Lloris getting back to his usual best

The sane know this, what the sane don't do is act like a 7 year old brat. I do hope the people that made embarrassing comments are feeling ashamed right now. And unlike AVB I can come out and say they should be ashamed. However I doubt very much they will be - and they'll probably cite the team playing badly etc etc and be completely oblivious to how they behave.

What I find more appalling is the arrogance of fans on here thinking we should be trouncing certain teams. Yes they have been on a run of losses, which could make it harder because desperate for a win and also they just sacked their manager. They are out to show new manager/caretaker what they got and time to shine, and they did play well.

ParklaneBlock34 is special. Stop bullying him.

If someone has problems, you should not take the piss out of them...

What a pathetic thread to start.

You have jumped on the 'knee jerk' bandwagon to try to get some attention.

A bit over the top but its not difficult to become frustrated with us these days.

We've been lucky this season, we've played really shite football and our goal difference reflects that. Our luck won't last forever, unless gameplay changes rather quickly or it's all downhill from here.

Bloody hell, you've clearly not been in Spurs Chat often in the last few months if you think this is a pathetic thread

It doesn't upset me if someone is wildly positive or negative. They have a right to their opinion. It is a forum after all.

I don't like members acting like school children and trying to censor what other people post.

Everyone's aware we've been playing boring football for a long time. Fact.

Prone to the odd knee-jerk yourself perhaps?

I'm just sick and tired of reading verbal diarrhea, it's about time people were made to stand to account for the shit they post. These are most likely the same idiots who boo us off at half time.

Whilst I don't agree with singling anyone out, particularly in a new thread. I do think it's unfair to have a pop back, when it's quite clear that the real problem is lack of respect some posters display and use this forum as a machine or platform to vent. It brings nothing to the forum and tbh would be better off without them. That's not to say I don't appreciate and respect those that may have well thought out views and opinions even if they are wrong (cough BC cough), it's just the 1 minute posters that do my head in.

These are the types that invariably just post in the matchday threads, whip up a storm and aren't seen again until the next match (and usually the next match where we do badly).

Sometimes the flip side needs to be said (albeit in a more subtle way perhaps) to try and restore some sanity.

Dedicating a thread to their comments is the opposite of censoring, isn't it?
