I personally thought he defends better than Walker since 3 season ago, and ever imagine he will be better than Walker generally someday if he could train harder to improve his solidness on defense ability and effectiveness on attacking. But his bad positioning habit (which led to goals often) makes fans impatient with him. Good luck Kyle Naughton, hope you will success with Swans..

Tottenham Hotspur Tweet:
TRANSFER: We have reached an agreement with Swansea City for the transfer of @Knaughts88.

@Knaughts88 joined us in 2009 and made 74 appearances in our colours. We wish him all the best for the future.

Cant say I'm upset with this. I thought he offered very little. Best of luck in the future though to him.

When bought was being touted as an outside bet to make England's 2010 WC squad, but didn't

Very decent back up RB for us - other than for recent team tactics requiring a sppedy attacking RB which he wasn't. So can understand moving him on to be replaced by Yedlin or FRedericks who are more like Walker than Naughton.

However best of luck at Swansea, their FB's are not required to be fast attacking FB's, mainly competent defenders so he should do just fine, and at £5m almost a steal

Decent defender but we were never going to make more than we would now. He's of the age to where he cannot continue sitting on the bench to be a squad player, and he'll only decline in value from this point on. He needed to move on, and we needed to move on. Good move for all involved, and that includes Swansea.

Amazing what Swansea have achieved. Well run club only been in EPL since 2011. Seem to find the right managers (most of the time)

Actually have a soft spot for Naughts, good luck. Also becoming a fan of Monk, keeps saying how our players enjoyed their times with us and stuff.

I think he'll have a very decent PL career now he'll find some confidence from being a regular starter.

If I was a betting man, I might even be tempted to wager he'll end up with more PL appearances than Walker in the end...

I can't believe the Grant Hall to Blackpool loan was overlooked!

Who would have called Ball and Hall at all?

At least our movement is no longer stalled. These guys take the fall. Hopefully we can bring in some guys who are effective at moving the ball. With the right additions Poch can get us to 4th, though it may be a crawl. I like our chances better than that guy managing Manchester - Pelligrini.
