Don't know why anyone's worried about Hugo, I got some ITK the other day about the LoH:
Apparently Hugo had made his mind up that he wanted to leave, and the LoH was supposed to be his way of saying goodbye. But he became so overwhelmed by the vaguely grudging support of the ten thousand miserable Yids who bothered staying behind for ten minutes that he was brought to tears.
Apparently Vertonghen then turned to him and said "How can you leave after support like this?" to which Hugo turned, a salty tear running slowly down one perfectly formed cheek, and replied "I can't >sniff<".
No worries lads. Done deal.
