Tottenham v Manchester City (1245 BST)

Tottenham find themselves heading into a season different from any other after their victory at Manchester City in the penultimate game of the last campaign helped them to secure fourth spot and a place in the Champions League.
I think they will edge a close game at White Hart Lane and get their season off to a winning start.
City have spent big again this summer but it will take some time before boss Roberto Mancini has worked out his best team.
There is also the potential for problems in the dressing room because he has so many players who will expect to play regular first-team football.
A few years ago you could start slowly but still go on to win the league. I don't think that is the case any longer. You have to start with a bang and that could be a potential problem for City.
Prediction: 2-1

Agree and if he leaves Bellamy out it will be of massive benefit to us.

Of course he does, we won last year so he just predicts the same again.

Great time to play them really, unless they click instantly which can happen but we can't moan, we're the settled team, the team in the Champs League and it's up to them to prove they are better than us. I'm really starting to get annoyed with how everyone is licking City's balls when they have proved virtually nothing.

Winning could really deal them a big psychological blow, lets nail them to the floor.

Get off your high horse, hes a tosser.

Why?

Pretty sure his predictions were relatively accurate last year. Certainly better than most on here could achieve.

Yes he's a sarcastic so-and-so but to say he's a 'tosser' is...well...stupid.
