Sounds like 2nd choice for us and Arsenal. Mudryk went to Chelsea so they contact them about Trossard and they jump at the chance. We get encouraged for Zaniolo so go cold on this one. We do need to ensure we get our 1st choice though because the issue with taking this much time is those 2nd choices can move elsewhere. Move quicker for the 1st choice and if it doesn't go through your 2nd choice is still available.

Transfers rarely get completed quickly when there’s more than one club interested. And, of course, transfers are rarely straightforward, as there are usually multiple parties involved.
