I luv our team now, I luv Eriksen......... But Rafa..... OMG Rafa I fucking lived that man, he was everything I luv about Spurs and about football. If ever there was a style of play that suits our club it was his like Ginola and Berba before him in recent times we like a lil arrogance.

Eriksen is more a replacement for Modric that VDV in spite of actually playing a more advanced role. The reason being that like Luka he actually has a 90 minute engine....as good as he was VDV could not take a game by the scruff of the neck and dominate across the pitch.

Didn't need to, what he did was game changing amd most of the time game winning.

IIRC - lamella doesn't control that ball and it runs through to the keeper.

Berb's penalty technique is second to none - watches the keeper and either opens his foot up or not. don't think I've ever seen the keeper go the right way on one
