Let's All Laugh At... Let's all wonder what's going on at United?

Scholes was obviously an amazing player but he isn't a very good pundit or media personality. Back when he was a player the image put over by utd was that he was a bit of an understated guy who didn't like the limelight and was a bit shy so wasn't interviewed that often.

Now you can sort of see why he wasn't put forward for interviews. He just a bit of a grump.
I always liked Keane giving his typically withering assessment of Scholes...
People don’t realise Scholesy could have done TV appearances at United, but he couldn’t be arsed. None of us liked doing interviews, but it was a responsibility of the dressing room, you shared the load. 'Scholesy’s too humble to do it.’ Well, he’s fucking doing it now, isn’t he? Maybe there’s more money involved now. And I’d tell him this if he was sat here in front of me.

Paul Pogba has been a massive flop until now in England. I dont care if he won the World Cup few months ago. I have not seen anything from him yet in England what people were raving about how awesome he was for Juventus.

Until United change their manager cant see anything changing for Paul Pogba. And when they do it would be his real test for right now he is surviving under the Mourinho excuse.

But you're making out like what people say about him at Juve is a lie. I'm not sure why the fact that he's been disappointing in England means he can't possibly have been good for Juve. He was outstanding for them

Neil Ashton’s got the knives out for Man Utd today. Nice to see that even they aren’t immune from one of his shit stirring articles.

I wouldn't worry about MU until after we've played them on Mon. It's a place we haven't had a lot of luck in the last 20 years or so, if ever.

Matic and Valencia back for our game apparently. No shaw or Sanchez though.

Thats great that sanchez is out!

Not tooo fussed about matic being available as id imagine a player like him needs a few games under his belt to get upto speed! For sure v united id look to have mobility and power in cm.

I too saw a snippet about Valencia and Matic being available, but sure it also stated Mourinho was not hopeful that Sanchez would be available, not that he was definitely out.

Edit: Not aimed at you @spursfan77

I wouldn’t trust anything Mourinho says anyway. He was up to his old tricks in his press conference yesterday. Being all moody.

When I watch the guy giving a press conference like this (half an hour earlier than reporters were told)....I just wish the press would stand up and walk out realising it is pointless trying to have a conversation witn the petulant arsehole and leave him there sitting alone.

Unfortunately his petulence sells/clicks better than if he acts like a normal person, so the journos will never walk out on it.

The way Sky were talking at full time as JM applauded a small pocket of fans made it sound like they think his time might be up.

Think he'll walk, this game showed the brass that he needed a top-class defender and they were more concerned with saving money or not losing a guy who never even made the squad today. Of course I'm very thankful of it, cos we kept Toby and he still's as good as ever.

They showed Woodward a couple times tonight and he looked very uncomfortable when we scored, very uncomfortable indeed.

he spent a fortune on Lindelof last summer and the only thing of note he did was a crap backpass. Can't argue he hasn't been backed, but he has made bad decisions. If anything, Woodward not going the extra mile in the summer shows they don't have complete faith in Jose anymore. Pressure is on for him to deliver given the 500m or so he has spent and he's not doing it.

Message from KUMB.

Don't mean to get ahead of myself here but I'd actually be disappointed if we lost to United in a couple of weeks. They look dreadful. Surely Mourinho's gone by Christmas.
