I guess if your not used to it that can be brutal, for me its my weekly routine
Damn! my condolences.

I could've managed it, but I would've been wrecked for the day - it would've played havoc wtih me circadian rythym

You gotta preserve that circadian rhythm, its a delicate thing

I like the getting up at all kinds of hours, i would feel bad if i prioritised being alert for work over seeing spurs play

I live in a small flat and i had to give the neighbours some warning, if they hear yelling at late hours and its just one person, don't be alarmed

At my old place, i think it was the game where we beat west ham 4-3 at upton park and Berba scored that free kick, i had my neighbour call the police as they thought a domestic was taking place. All they could hear was me yelling things like f$%k you, you useless cnt, you know the usual obscnce terms, i think i was particulary angry with Jenas, and then of course i was cheering because we were winning but they didnt pick up on that, they just heard yelling at 3am on a sunday morning

Police turn up just as i think it was stalteri scored the winner and i was running around yelling and they said they had reports of threatening language and abuse, i had to wake my gf up and get her to verify i just get over excited watching football, the cops laughed and told me to maybe tone it down a bit

I thanked my neighbours the next day for being considerate enough to care about my gf's well being and apologised, they were cool with it and i was a little less loud watching football at 3am
Luckily it wasn't a game when judas was at the scum, they may have turned up with a response unit as they would have suspected something far worse than domestic dispute
So as soon as i moved into our new place i advised my neighbours about possible scenarios, they make there fair share of noise so its ok but as we are winning i am no where near as abusive

But yeah anyway, that was a long way for me to say i can understand why u didnt get up if your on holidays (actually know it wasnt, it was about me being a suspected woman beater)

Luckily my gf is tolerant, what a riveting tale, but my circadian rhythm is fucked

I wouldn't watch a 4:45 mid week game if I had work in the morning. Oz is easy, because if it's a midweek game, it's on just before work, if it's a weekend game, it doesn't matter what the fuck time it's on - but usually it's a nice 1am like time.

I find the 4.45am games perfect, its fnished by 6.30 and off i go to work
The worst is the midweek games now daylight saving has kicked in, games dont start until 7am so if i make it to work on time i have to leave aat half time. I have set up a story which is a white lie with my boss so i can make sure i dont miss the game

I have not missed a televised spurs game in at least 4 years i think, thats nothing to be proud of, that shows that i have no life, i should maybe reprioritise things, but not this season
