Dont want to be too hard on a 22yr old but God he was poor today and to give away such a needless freekick that led to the goal has to have consequences....no way he can start next game.............come to think of it why did Sandro come off and Jake stay on ? ?
Hopefully he will learn from his mistakes and become someone we can rely on .

They didn't score from that freekick, we defended it, it came out Benny didnt stop the cross, noone got a header away and noone closed down Snodgrass. Thats not Jake's fault, he did give away a silly freekick but it wasnt a directly responsible for Tottenham throwing away their lead.

I agree but it seem that a large and vocal number of Tottenham fans have decided that the goal was all Livermore's fault.

Jake was no worse in his position than Defoe was in his, or Lennon, or Gallas, only Brad and Verts and Dembele can come away from that shambles having done well, i include Avb in the shambles category ..

Can't believe how much game time Livermore gets given. He is shocking. No way did we need two DM's today. Would have preferred Dembele to be thrown in at the deep end.

Maybe the goal did not come directly from the freekick Jake gave away, but it all stemmed from it and it was a silly free to give away in the first place. Ok, he was not the only one guilty today, but fail to see why Sandro was taken off and he was left on. Either way Scott Parker cannot return to fitness soon enough.

Not having a go at your post but playing at HOME to norwich Fucking city can hardly be classed as throwing you in at the deep end when a week earlier you were owning Man Utd at OT or 2 weeks previously you were part of a team that absolutey battered Norwich Fucking City.

Sandro was having a bit of a mare today though...

He gave away one poor pass and had an awful speculative shot. But he kept coming out of challenges with the ball and tried to add some forward purpose when everything else just seemed to be pushing the ball around for the sake of it.

fucking hell, lets all single out the young lad picked to play in place of Luka. as others have said, he should be getting 20 minute cameos at the end of every game not starting but it's not his fault, this should have been sorted weeks ago, the good thing is that he's had the guts to stand up and have a go. he was on because Sandro felt a problem in his thigh and who the fuck else do we have? so is it his fault? no, the managers? no not really maybe the guy who does the deals at the top knowing that pre season is the biggest part of the early season so players can get to know each other.
the team looked clueless and were nigh on running into each other at times today. embarrassing stuff, nearly as embarrassing as this thread.

This needs to be rectified ASAP in January.

Livermore not even good enough for the bench for me, let alone start. Got to bring in two new CMs for more strength in depth.

What makes Livermore look worse is playing him alongside Sandro, i think they are both turning into our new coach Freund.
.
Lots of huffing puffing and diving in, no creativity and no chance whatsoever of a shot on target.
