Didn't he make the lion's share of his dollar by sueing the supplier of the pcb of his shit computers?
Sued Seagate for faulty drives and got £100-odd Million.
Edit: Sued for $153M and got damages of $22M.

Gooners keep clutching this straw. He saved us from oblivion IIRC for which im grateful....and basically he tells the Gooner (asking the stadium question) that the money will be there for players regardless AND that the cost of the stadium was an excuse for Wenger! Thought he spoke well about our club myself.....
I had no idea "shyster" could be considered anti-semitic.

Apologies regardless, I certainly didn't intend any offence.
I know... To Kill a bleedin' Mockingbird weren't it. Bloody state education...Someone didn't do Merchant of Venice for GCSE…

A scrotum with vocal chords. Biological evolution is a weird thing
He saved our club.
He didn't rinse it when he tried to sell it. He didn't know football but he helped us become more sustainable.
The knack of being able to beat the best team in the land one week and lose to relegation fodder the next didn't start in the '90s, I can assure you. I was a regular at the Lane for most of the '80s and went through most of the emotions a team can put you through, but it was rarely dull or predictable then either. Some people on here can probably tell you much the same from a lot further back than I can remember.Yep. I don’t like him, but I don’t have too many negative thoughts about his time in charge. We paid out some decent money for players (for the time), but just had bad managers spending money on bad transfers.
Gave us Jumbotron too!
It’s a weird era really. The 90s were a dung heap of disappointment, but it cemented my love for the club. The ‘91 FA Cup win, Klinsmann, Barmby, Teddy, Sicknote, Ginola, Mabbutt. We were completely unpredictable. Entertainers that could beat United then lose to Ipswich.
Easy to say with hindsight, but Sugar also handed the club over to good people. Most of us have some issues with ENIC, but their legacy will be the training ground, the stadium, and turning us from a cup team to a competitive league team with regular European football.
It's a well known to be a loaded anti-semitic word. Just because it doesn't technically say so in the dictionary doesn't make it not true, same reason a person would argue that 'well niggardly just means ungenerous with money, theres no problem there if i use it to describe a person who just so happens to be black'.
