Which players do you think of who were unsung heroes so to speak.

Could be a half decent whilst not spectacular player who shone in poor Tottenham sides a la Alan Nielsen.

Could be a player or players who you feel were underrated or under appreciated a la perhaps a Darren Anderton.

Could be a player who was a real hard worker like a Teemu Taino.

Could be a player who just brought some entertainment and enjoyment to your watching of Spurs even if not a world beater a la Timothée Atouba and his gold boots and cruyff turns in our own box.

He was an early hero of mine. That team from 89-91 is the one that I always think of when remembering being a spurs fan as a kid. Gazza, Lineker, Allen, Mabbs, Howells, big Pat Van Den Hauwe.
