Sure, but let’s also be realistic in that Insigne isn’t coming to Spurs to be a squad player. So what if he plays in the same spot?!
We need strength in depth!

Yeah he's 30 and this is likely his last (and only) big move so he won't want to be a benchwarmer.Sure, but let’s also be realistic in that Insigne isn’t coming to Spurs to be a squad player.
It’s exactly the clever kind of signing we should be using paratici and Conte to get. I think what will actually happen is that the attacking positions behind Kane will be pretty fluid and him and son could swap sides at will.
I'm not keen on Traore at all, and I hope that we can move on to other targets. Vlahovic and Insigne on the other hand are phenomenal players that would immediately improve our team/squadPretty much tongue in cheek, coz I can't see us getting all three, but imagine if we got Traore as well.
Vlahovic, Insigne and Traore. Goals, assists and pace all over the place when including Kane and Son.

What you are saying there is that if he’s an excellent acquisition, then he’ll be an excellent acquisition. I think we can all agree with that.. If he can handle the rigours of the Premier league given he's 30, and, if his form transfers to the prem, then this could be an excellent acquisition.

Good we want players hungry to push their way into first team. We don’t want players too comfortable sitting on the bench and collecting their cash. We want them pushing the established ones to perform better and to provide an option when they are off their game.Sure, but let’s also be realistic in that Insigne isn’t coming to Spurs to be a squad player.
But he's certainly not coming to displace Son, I think he'll realise there'll be competition for placesSure, but let’s also be realistic in that Insigne isn’t coming to Spurs to be a squad player.
He did when Sarri arrivedCould he play more central and behind Kane? Like Dele used to Do. Not sure if he has played that position much before.
He could. But if we are moving to a front 2, youd think Son would start. I guess he could play a 3-2-1-2 but I'm not sure Insigne would be a good 10 in that system.Could he play more central and behind Kane? Like Dele used to Do. Not sure if he has played that position much before.
