Gareth Bale departure could see Tottenham hijack Arsenal’s bid for Luis Suarez

Tottenham could stun north London rivals Arsenal by entering the race for Luis Suarez, should Gareth Bale complete his mega-money move to Real Madrid.
The Spanish giants are believed to have tabled an offer in excess of £85m for the Welsh wizard and although Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is adamant his star man won’t be leaving White Hart Lane this summer, it is likely he is dragging his heels to drive up the price.

And should Bale join Carlo Ancelotti’s side, it would leave Levy in a very strong position to challenge the Gunners for their top transfer target Suarez.
The Liverpool striker has made no secret of his desire to quit Anfield this summer and Arsenal have already had several bids rejected for the Uruguayan, although they are still thought to be leading the chase.
But despite Spurs sealing the arrival of Nacer Chadli from FC Twente, boss Andre Villas-Boas is keen to add to his attacking options and is predominantly targeting a striker.
Valencia’s Roberto Soldado is currently the favourite to fill the void at White Hart Lane, but no deal is yet complete and should the funds become available, Levy may well add some extra spice to the north London derby by swooping for Suarez.

I'd take the little shit if we lost Bale, his quality is insane and we would be instantly replacing the quality we are losing in Bale albeit they're different types of players. Personally I think he's an unbelievably good player, even though he clearly has issues :D

But I really don't think this is any way realistic lol

But lets hope Bale is staying eh :)

I would genuinely stop following football for as long the fuckbag was a THFC player.

/cue hilarious "hurry up and sign him" posts. Bastards.

I'd tear up my season ticket. It isn't a Spurs season ticket, just a 7 day, zone 1-6 travel card, but I think it's the thought that counts.

I would take him.

Him on the right or left cutting in with soldado in middle. Modric pulling strings etc.

Unlike Liverscum fans, we wouldnt tolerate his shit and he would know that. We arent the victim mentality brigade.

Yeah right. Liverpool are looking 50m for him, like DL is ever gonna pay out that kind of cash for a player, let alone one who automatically misses the start of the season and likely more later on. This is just getting fucking ridiculous now.

What makes Bale so appealing is the fact that he has grown at Tottenham, is a great footballer, and is a classy well-mannered person. Suarez is only one for three. Would be so tough to root for.

With the muscle from two of these three Sandro/Paulinho/Dembele at any given time as well. We'd be competing for the title for sure.

All though we might not win the fair play league :ROFLMAO:

It is...its all bollox anyway.

Although one thing I will say, if we sold Bale...we would be more than tripling our record sale. Different landscape all together.

And get a few sending offs but that would be a good solid attack minded side.

We should be going for the title. A number of teams are going through 'transitional' seasons most with new managers except Le Arse.

Not only tripling our record sale but 1268% profit.
