I can see a friendly at WHL but how else could a partnership possibly benefit us?

Very disappointed to see Luka go, one of the best players i ever saw play for this club and think he would have had an excellent season under AVB. Pity

Interesting, certainly didn't see this coming.

Firstly, thank God we have the Modric situation sorted. Great player for us but glad to see the back of the annoying little turd.

I would hope this partnership will be beneficial and see a player or two heading our way now or in January. But we have a similar partnership with Internationale and it doesn't seem to have served any purpose whatsoever.

No mention of the fee and because we delisted our shares from the Stock Exchange, we don't have to make it public either....

Glad its sorted but still get the feeling its 2 months too late and we're approaching the QPR scatter gun approach to buying players.

Interesting developments with us partnering the biggest football team in world football.

Just glad it brings an end to this saga and that we can successfully conclude our own dealings this week and look forward to kick starting our season again.

There's been talk of Kaka going out on loan this season... presumably we'd now have first dibs on him? I wouldn't mind him as a Luka replacement for a year or two...

hopefully the real link is like our link with inter, doesnt count for much, when it comes to transfers.

Will it be though? My initial thoughts are this is meant to sound like some great consolation for him departing and the size of the fee compared to our asking fee.... I think other fans of clubs, not that I genuinely care what they think, would view this announcement in the same way they did, 'Rivaldo writing to Hoddle to explain why he chose Milan'.

Anyhoo, glad it's wrapped up now. At least a month too late. And I genuinely hope that Modric does well for them.

If this partnership does mean we get a player or two, who could it/they be?

Diarra? Granero? Callejon? Kaka? Carvalho?

Would we want any of those? Could there be someone else?

Glad it's done, he was a bit of douche about it but my overall feeling is just wanting him to prove the doubters wrong and tear it up in la liga. A great player, one of the greatest I will ever see in a spurs shirt.

Now get someone better in mr Levy, I wish modric could have left under better circumstances and had not pissed us all off.
