Ange learnt far more today from winning a game in that manner….with everything that went on, the adversity we had to go through…rather than crushing Luton 6-0
He will have so many areas he can add value and wisdom to.

Managing yellow card offences being number 1 priority

I'm sorry to say but Richy is what he is. I like the guy and on his day he can be unplayable but wrong fit for this club IMO, especially with the new direction we're going.

Expected a lot more from him today, especially physically.

It's weird, his first preseason game for us he looked like he had the touch of a God. Nothing since.

Interesting how Ange always tries to keep Kulu on as long as possible. Late winner against Sheffield United & role in winner against Liverpool. Had criticism from fans for always cutting back onto his left foot but Ange must like what he's seeing
Produced another filthy moment today, cutting out half their midfield with one move

Not the most fluid and easy on the eye performances: previous seasons being down to 10 and the here we go mentality would've set in and an inevitable defeat.

What Ange has instilled into this squad is real and something we haven’t seen as Spurs fans (defo in my lifetime). Lovely scenes at the end at the away end. You got to win ugly when the chips are down and keep going. Woah what a time. COYS.

Great 3 points in the circumstances. Obviously should never have been close but the front 3 were poor today. Back 5, Sarr and Maddison all quality. Love that league table.
Richie surely can't get many more chances ? Pretty much hopeless in the first half. Imagine the damage Solomon could have done to their defence.

Luton have no chance of surviving in the PL. Hopeless in front of goal and several of their players looked knackered after the first 20 minutes.

100%, just wish it wasn't every week.
It hasn't been every week? We comfortably beat United, Bournemouth and Burnley. Were dominant over Sheffield United even if it took a last minute winner and same with Liverpool. Last minute or not we were comfortable without scoring.

Today was only difficult because we went down to ten. Prior to that we were by far the superior side and should have been out of sight.

Well done boys.
Let down by Bissouma, Richarlison and Sonny today.

Looking forward to changing Richarlison for either Johnson on the left or Veliz up top and moving Sonny to the left.
The only person who let us down today was Bissouma. Everyone else doesn’t deserve the dig at all

The first half was poor, second half much better. A Fergie's United type of performance. The changes from Ange came a tad late but they were extremely effective.

Yeah fantastic all round.

I thought Kulusevski was immense. Not everything came off but he put in some shift.

But Micky and Romero were magnificent.

We're building something special.

I did not understand why nobody else saw this. He was our most complete CM all match. Great all-around game from him.

Ended with 2 tackles, 3 interceptions, 3 successful dribbles - and just bags of energy when we needed it.
Sarr was great today but he did look a little lost when Biss went off though

This just about pleases me more than the scouse game last week. We seemed to try everything possible to shoot ourselves in the foot, but still found a way to get the job done.
So happy for VDV with his first and winning goal. And he and Romero I thought were excellent at the back.

COYS!!

the best thing is it's win win waiting for Arsenal - City. City win, we are the only unbeaten team in the league, Arse win we stay top, draw we stay clear top.

Respectfully disagree about Richy in particular. Missed an open goal from a yard out then missed a simple 1v1.

I’d hasten to say that he scores those two and Biss doesn’t get sent off.
That’s not letting Biss off at all.
