Whatever happens tomorrow for me it will be more on the players than Mason, The players need to show what it means to be in a Final and the manager can only do so much for the short time he is there wit them,
we saw in the first half of Wednesday game that there is so much still do be sorted out but a much better second half.
so come on Spurs show some heart and passion and no matter the result we fans will at least be getting our Spurs back.

I'm not watching it with any real expectations, I just want to see them give everything they've got. Last time we won it we were underdogs too.

I feel quietly confident. Maybe it's just because I know we will have players who want to play. Knowing Bale will be playing also gives me some confidence. JM wouldn't have played him at all.

Also don't think Kane will want to sit this out either.

We can expect to have very little of the ball. We can expect to be under pressure. We can expect to concede goals.

What we have is three world-class attackers. If we can get them all, or at least two of them, on the pitch, then it's down to whether they are big game players: whether they can ensure that we score with every chance we get. They need to step up that extra bit to make every counter-attack like one-touch lightning and every shot taken ruthlessly. They need to play with absolute focus and intensity throughout.

If we can do that, we might be able to hang in there and outscore them. If we try to hold the line and defend, we'll never make anything happen and eventually Man City will score and score again. If we try to play like Leeds, we'll get picked off repeatedly. We need to play a balanced game and take advantage of every bit of possession and every attack.

We have beaten Man City against the run of play twice before. They'll know what to expect.

If only somebody had told Mourinho this in September. :(

City have PSG mid-week... I’m hoping they’ve got one eye on that and rest a couple.

This should mean so much more to us than them...

When I came in the thread... 4 minutes ago... my vote was we’d lose... already talked myself into changing my vote! ? COYS!

How about if I tell you that I just saw that The D Word has trained and is fit for selection?

which one we talking about Daniel Levy or Danny Rose? Reckon Levy could put a shift in and make some decent clearances with that shiny head of his

For once, in a long while, I’ll be watching this game with relative ease and not much expectations of a win as we are the underdogs.

What I’d like to see is that the boys play with relative freedom and, whenever possible, with some attacking flair.

What I would not like to see happen to us is, us getting a hammering (which I don’t think so anyway as City would have half their thoughts on the CL SF ) and also that we end the match without any injuries or suspensions which may be passed on to our remaining PL matches.

Just really looking forward to this game and the remainder of the season’s matches , and seeing how our boys play, now that they have been unleashed from their chains.

A win tomorrow, however unlikely or unexpected, would be a huge boost to the players, coaches and the club for the rest of the season.

I'd happily see either of those plebs play before The D Word I was referring to.
