From what I saw on SSN he handled all questions professionally, he could have really gone over the top with some of the stupid (but expected) questions, but handled it all in all brilliant!

think we’re going to surprise a few people with Ange in charge

Honestly and I don’t mean to say he looks not intelligent, but he is very articulate. He says alot with what he doesn’t say and is reaction to stupid questions.

He’s also very open and honest about what goes on behind the scenes, not just at our club but I’m football in general, I know some fans aren’t impressed by his appointment but as I have said before I get BMJ vibes from him. I think he knows exactly what is dans want, I’m pretty sure we will think some teams. I just hopes the defenders he has the legs and heart to get the fuck back when they need too.

he is like the polar opposite of Jose and Conte, I’m not saying he won’t rip into individuals in private if they aren’t performing but he won’t do it on the media or in a group.

It's a good thing he knew we would likely lose Kane. At least that's not been sprung onto him and he's been prepared for the outcome.

He’s definitely showing himself to be a class act and a real leader. After the me-me-me Conte show, I think he’s going to get the team running through brick walls.

Just need that to rub off on the players!

Would be nice seeing us play calm and direct football all season for once!

Is he saying we’ve already spent the Kane money? 👀
He also said amongst everything:

“From our perspective, we are preparing for Brentford. There won’t be anyone incoming between now and Sunday.”

If we were done with incomings, I’m pretty sure he would’ve said so at that point.

Just imagine Levy had hired someone of Ange's ilk after Poch rather than going for the grouchy celebrity dinosaur.
Honestly felt like after Poch for as long as Kane was here we wanted to try and get something out of the squad rather than rebuild. Almost one last attempt to do it while Kane was here so we got Jose and then Conte. Although I think we intended to do a more project type sooner but couldn't decide who and probably should have got Ten Hag. Then after the mess up and Nuno coming in went back to another Jose type in Conte. Now we've finally got the right manager to build us back up again. I'm sure it's why Kane didn't want to stay for another rebuild. He wants to win things now with time running out. Although in truth we got closer to winning things under Poch than with Jose and Conte so it's our best approach really. Have a good feeling about Ange.

Conte would have been shouting and saying that the club is sh1t, that’s why he left and it’s the culture of “Tottingham”

Ange saying "The fans will tell me/us if I've been successful, my n.o1 aim is to create a team that excites the fans".

Also I love how bullish and honest but also calm, composed yet cheeky and confident he is during the presser, 1,000% what this club needed especially after the last 3 or so years or negativity.

So so so refreshing.

Also loves how he says I'm not going to tell the fans how to feel, they will respond to what we are producing and if they can see something exciting which they can get behind, people have a right to feel how they feel, I want to give them something tangible on the field to get excited about and if we do that we should naturally all come together united.

Love how Ange says he doesn't look for the same traits in all of his attacking players, he has a core system but its good to have different options with different threats so that other teams have lots of different things to worry about.
