I liked the way Fabio spoke and its content. I also like the way that he has taken a proper public leadership role for us. I think this is the way that a "managing director of football" or equivalent should act and speak. The fact that he has worked with Antonio and we are told has a very good relationship with Steven Hitchen makes me very optimistic that the short to medium term will be harmonious at the very least and hopefully very successful.

Weird how people see things. Not judging on it all but to me he was there because Conte hasn't got a visa and looked awkward and tried to keep repeating some rehearsed lines.

I'm sure he's great at his day job though ?

Ok, I watched that interview and it annoyed me. As an English language teacher I can clearly tell that he hasn't made any effort learning English and does not have a tutor. Fabio paratici is a business man and he is earning huge money.

To have that many mistakes in his English is quite frankly unprofessional.

As it's on the same page, look at Hugo, his English is excellent and obviously he has been in England longer but he speaks to an advanced level.

It just frustrates me that Fabio paratici couldn't get close to passing an English (as a FL) test which is a basic requirement in almost all jobs in businesses abroad (let alone England). Yet he operates as a high ranking business man at spurs.

Hopefully he is taking classes to improve and doesn't become another poch.

Love how when the media said can the squad/Conte challenge for 'big trophies', he almost laughed and basically said why are we calling it 'big trophies', a trophy is a trophy and we want to win trophies.

Going for the Conference league. Strange that it would be both Paratici and Contes first European trophy.

Would winning this trophy get the monkey off our back or is it the fa cup + that stops us looking ridiculous?
I think any trophy for now. A trophy in Europe is always glamourous too, even if it is third tier. Not many teams win a trophy in Europe (just ask Arsenal).

Levy master stroke. After Conte told the world he needed a whole new team, Daniel has put the wheels in motion to tear this thing down.

I sincerely doubt Fabio Paratici was/is involved in accounting policies for whatever club he works for.

CFOs exist for a reason.
