Think three at the back might be the way to go for a while, at least we can then get two up front and look more of a threat.

Lamela is the only one with ideas. Other than that, no bright spot in this shellacking. Dawson is awful. The defense is putrid, Midfield is putrid and attacking is putrid. How does a team come out after a 2 week break so awful 2 times straight? Just completely unprepared.

Well 442 didnt last long
4-4-2 is dead should never ever be seen again, quality teams will destroy it.

I don't want to say too much about this performance but one thing that is massively different to us and the good teams is speed of thought. All our players want too long on the ball. Is this tactics? Lack of options? Lack of quality?

i said it, only if sig and Townsend were playing all this wont have happened.

on a different note, is it too late to quit the game half way thru and city are awarded just 3 : 0?

AVB and this team should personally go and explain our performance to those fans that travelled to City today

The thing about our high line is that we're more likely to get a bettering than dole one out. We have no real plan if we go a goal down.

AVB won't get sacked.

Not in such a busy period.

This is soul destroying though and too 4 looks a pipe dream.

This could be the end of Tottenham's purple patch. What a game of fine margins. One win extra last season and we could of been in the CL.

AVB provides no plan B and anyone who asks/questions plan A ends up in the dog house,....

Daniel must be "probing" his options out in the world.... :ninja:

Why do all our players insist on taking 5 too many touches before doing something with the ball!!!? :banghead:

Sigurdsson the latest example, but there are countless other occasions.

Because they simply don't seem to know what the fuck they are doing.
