We needs defenders :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:
Do you think we only work on one deal at a time?
We’ve been told we are working on it with some interesting names in the mix with the right type of abilities. The press and some journos saying it’s happening. The club doesn’t just deal with one deal at a time. I think it’s obvious stuff is going on, why can’t we do other quicker stuff while things are happening elsewhere?
Chill guys, I'm fully aware that we're working on other stuff and also quite happy with this signing...
However, I refuse to let your well balanced posts stand in the way of my wholly unrealistic desire for highly complex deals to be done at a faster pace. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I think Spurs will eventually have to cough up some money to Shakhtar.
He has less than six months left on his contract (expires 31/12/23) and relatively modest wages, so he could buy himself out of that contract for <£1m and we could reimburse him via a signing on bonus.
It's FIFA saying he can terminate his contract, not us, so it should be FIFA that Shaktar Donetsk sues, not us. We would be signing someone who FIFA has deemed to be a free agent.
