I had a friend who was a Chelsea fan and he got us tickets to see some Chelsea match at Stamford Bridge. We were right next to the pitch. At one point Micky Hazard was taking a throw in right in front of us when someone shouted out 'Why don't you f off back to Spurs Hazard!' Micky turned round and shouted back 'I'd crawl back there on my hands and knees!'

I appreciate he loves the club, and I've heard him on the spurs show podcast a few times, but he actually talks a lot of bollocks, and has a massively over inflated opinion of himself as a player. He wasn't remotely close to Hoddle or one of the best midfielders in England. Personally I think the lad we sold to Norwich (Ian Crook) was a better player.
Good job nobody agreed with you ;)

The bolded bit means he would make a good taxi driver I reckon.

Loved Micky! Just unfortunate timing for him we had our best ever midfielder as our no.10 at the time. Hazard would've walked into any other team at the time. We could even use him now. Ian Crook? Thanks for the giggle.

Class player never quite made it for obvious reasons.
But lit up the place when he came back in the dark days of 93-94

Good to see your ability to pick a player hasn't changed over the years!
