Anyone watch it? How'd he play?

I watched some while working. Inter were so dominant that it was like a training match for them. He committed a fair bit of fouls to be fair, but completed all but four passes I believe according to his stats.

I don’t think this one will happen now. But if it does it seems like it’s gonna be one to watch in the last 48 hours or so of the window!

This will be a Monday deal if it happens at all. Wouldn’t have played today if it was close to happening. A bit disappointed this has dragged on as long as it has. Still thrilled at the window.

Between all of the positive ITK, updates from reliable journalists like Gold and Romano, Conte begging for a bid in the press and Hitchen going to Italy to negotiate in person... I know we’ve been burned too many times before, but I swear some of you guys just want to be upset at something when you jump on any piece of negative news from tier 34853482 “journalists” and posturing from their chairman and take it as gospel.

Inter dealt with Levy when buying Eriksen and I’m sure they are using all the same games on him that he used on them.

It’s all bluster and playing to the fan base, we’ve seen it a million times. I’m confident this one will get done, it’s in both clubs interests.

If we have offered 40mio, that is an extremely fair offer for a defender (in this current environment), that their manager appears to not want.

I can see why we are not overly keen to go much higher.

However, as a lot of people have mentioned, if we qualify for europa and get rid of some of the players we are trying to, i think this deal will definitely happen. If both those things don't happen, especially if we somehow don't qualify, this deal is probably unlikely.

I suppose it also depends how much Inter need the money. Somebody else may know more about their financial situation.

Aren't they financed directly by Pirelli? I doubt they're ever short of money.
