Constantly we are picking up youngsters for around about a million sqiuds who are touted as the next big thing in English football.....then a few years later, we let them go......our youth scouting policy is as bad as our ability to push academy talent to the next level. This is one of the clubs biggest failing IMO.

Look at Villa, Everton, West Ham, Man Utd, Middlesbrough, Man City.....all have invested in youth, and all have implimented home grown talent into the squad with varying degrees of success.
