Any links?

Here's the first story, from the 1st. (translated via google)

For whom it is also accelerating is with Pjanic. The Bosnian midfielder has a lot of market and his priority in this case is to return to Italian calcium. Allegri's Juventus is in the process of repeating him for two years on loan, although he has asked him to adjust his salary to be able to accommodate him. Inter and Milan have also probed him, but the footballer seems that he would only go to Juve in the case of going to Italy. Tottenham has also asked in the last hours for a loan through its sporting director, Fabio Paraticci, formerly of Juve.

Ramsey is a completely different scenario though. Obviously players without a contract can demand a higher wage. Pjanic is at a club that doesn’t want him and may be willing to give him up to get off his wages. These are not the same things.

Barca isn’t going to just release Pjanic because then they’d have to pay him his wages. That’s why Danny Rose was still a Spurs player up until last month.

Also, our club has a wage structure and will never pay someone like Pjanic more than Kane or Son. It’s a non starter. No one is saying to pay Pjanic 300k a week. No one.

Let's end it here. We probably agree on several aspects of this. ?

I don’t care what his wages are or what his sell on value is. If a club as financially conservative as ours deems this signing doable, that’s good enough for me.

The fact that Levy of all people would potentially green light this signing, but some fans on here wouldn’t based on finances is fucking tragic. He really has done a number on some people.

Barcelona are fucked. This is an interesting set of tweets as to why

If they are so fucked, they might have to make those kinds of decisions, we should 1000% be going after Dest. He’s going to be a top RB. Would also love to have another shot at Puig.

Btw, Madrid are equally fucked. Its just that they have the backing of a gov’t that probably would like nothing more than to see a prize of Catalonia go to shit.

Let’s also not forget that the Spanish government used to let these clubs build up huge tax bills. Not so long ago I remember reading an article that said Athletico Madrid owed over €120 million to the Spanish tax man and R Madrid and Barcelona weren’t far behind.

Pjanic wants to turn us down because his priority is Italian calcium?

How dairy.

And all that is WITHOUT Messi’s new contract. Barca are well and truly fucked. I’m sure clubs are waiting for them to get desperate so they can offer low ball fees for their players that they’ll reluctantly need to accept.

He is legitimately a top drawer free kick taker. With Dybala Juve had the most lethal right and left foot free kick pairing in Europe. Then Ronaldo's ego came in and he stopped getting a look in (rightly so obviously looking at Ronaldo's 1 goal in 4,586 attempts since)

That salary limit won’t mean squat, unless that’s being a Hispanexit. While Spain is in the EU, and La Liga is in Spain, a salary limit will easily be proven as anti competitive. I have no doubt Barcelona will go ask the way to the ECJ if they are preventing from registering players.

It's important that we find the right profile of CM to match NES playstyle. The best option would be Ruben Neves but if Paratici can get a favorable loan deal for Pjanic, while also getting rid of sissoko and Winks, we'd have improved our CM options. I do have to warn that if fans were annoyed at Tanguy for not taking the game by the scruff of the neck and dictating play, they're not going to be particularly pleased with this current version of Pjanic who is quite passive and would struggle in a more physical league.
