Mollie Update and SC Love

@neogenisis I wish your beautiful daughter good health and that she can support our team for many years. Do you have an update for us? And as @Spurslove said, we're all rooting for her.

Unfortunatly it is not such good news at the moment, we have been in hospital a fair bit since the last update.
I said her heart function had improved and that was due to the re-introduction of a medication called Digoxin, this increased her heart function but also started to cause Digoxin toxicity, so the dose had to be stabalised and so he heart function worsened, she is still on it and it is helping but the dose needed to make a big difference will trash her kidneys.
Hyperplasts are not known for their stellar eating and are normally underweight and/or have nasal gastric tubes or PEGS (Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy)
Mollie has always been an outlyer in that she eats generally well and even though she never puts on loads of weight it always increases in small increments, that too has also taken a step backwards, we are not in trouble yet but its something we have to be wary of.
She was knobbed off yesterday when I had to explain that our game was called off due to the *very cold rain*, she also refused to watch Man City V West Ham.

Sorry its not a better post but this is how it it has always been. We will keep fighting as we dont give up.

Oh Coops, coming on here and seeing people get irate if Ndombers is seen with a Maccied's is the highlight of day, especially when you interject with a witty sarcastic one liner. The arguments on here are both pointless and required in equal measure. It allows me to forget if only for 5 minutes.

This place provides escapism from the ugliness of the real world. Sometimes the vitriol towards members can affect my mood, even when it's not even directed towards me.

I just don't like ugliness & wish people would just get along.

But i'd be lost without this place, and without people like yourself & others who have stuff going on in their life that this place has no idea about (they message me, they talk, we talk, it's lovely).

Got huge respect for so many people on here. And if SC knew what some of them were dealing with, they'd soon change the way they post/respond to these wonderful people.

The fact that these people keep it "in house" while accepting the way others respond to them is nothing but a demonstration of what amazing people they really are.
