Why on earth do some people on here think that FDB will do so much better than AVB???

I would imagine the fact that he has had three successful years rather than one, has had to replace key players in the team and still maintained success and that he has a philosophy that allows the players the freedom to think and act rather than giving strings of detailed instructions that AVB gives
In addition having had experience as a top level player he understands the way a player thinks, what motivates him and what doesn't, something AVB lacks

Yes they are both from lower leagues and there are no guarantees that either can make the step up to a tougher league but I think there is far more to support De Boer's case than AVB's
