You need to install uBlock Origin. It's an extension for Chrome, Edge, etc.

I've resized the page to do the screenshot. Not a single ad, loads perfectly and can be read easily. But more importantly all the trackers, scripts and potential virus' which can be coded into images or hidden scripts are blocked too. Makes you're browsing so much safer.

This is what I always do and has the extra benefit on some sites like The Athletic where it skips around the ‘subscribe to view’ filters
