Now this is interesting...seems a legit, if anonymous source:
via http://www.talkingbaws.com/2016/11/...ttenhams-new-stadium-consultation-committee/?

"The stadium plans were to be adapted to allow the grass playing surface to be ‘floated’ on a bed of air and magnets (very clever technology I can’t hope to explain) and be moved under the South Stand into an artificial environment complete with lighting and water to keep the playing surface in top condition, underneath these there will be a state of the art 4G surface for playing NFL on.

This also opens up a whole new commercial avenue for the club in that we can host concerts without wrecking the pitch with those awful plastic pallets used to cover the playing surface at Wembley, the Emirates, the Olympic Stadium and the likes.

The stadium is also designed to lend itself to big concerts in terms of acoustics and will be second only to Wembley for concert in the ‘round’ capacity. For the privilege of this the NFL are contributing in excess of £120m to the project so it’s paying for itself several times over."

Looks a totally bogus and made up article.

lobo on ftl did the SPVRS thing this evening.nothing much new but here goes..

It was quality
Not sure can add much more than has been said already
Ultimately i think its gonna be too pricey for me to justify
Guy said they are well on track with building but hoping for a dry winter. Thats main thing that could put spanner in works.
They will know more by Jan.
By May they expect entire exterior facade of the part of stadium they have built to all be in place

Forgot my favourite bit...amid the ridiculously high technology on show right at the end they whip out the seating plan with what is left and prices and lo and behold its on trusty excel!
Thought that was amusing

They only have prices for premium seats at moment (eg club wembley type)

re pricing of normal seats: Normal seats next summer they told us

I have today been to Lillywhite House to see all the different premium seat options, we had to wait a few minutes because Gary Neville along with 3 others was being shown the same presentation.

My first observation is that when finished we are going to have a stadium that we be the envy of the world not just the PL, it will be quite simply stunning.

However I do have one reservation I am currently paying £980 for a east upper block C view, to get the same view in the new stadium it will cost £5000 plus VAT per season with a minimum commitment of 3 seasons.(or 5,7 or 10 years) This includes a exclusive premium lounge area with some food and drink include. Also all home games including FA cup,League cup and EUFA cup games. The Cheapest Premium seat is £2500 + VAT which is the equivalent of Block A east upper with the same yearly commitments. My main fear is that the ordinary man on the street is being priced out of it, and the prawn sandwich brigade are moving in which could kill the atmosphere.

Ive mentioned this. I think its going to be difficult to get a view like we have a WHL for a sensible price.

Why would the ordinary man on the street want premium seat when there are more seats available?
Supply and demand. Yes the quality of the stadium will increase leading to an increase in price but if the quantity increases that will lead to a reduction.
This will all be basedd on demand. The first year i expect a surge in demand (dependant on performance on the pitch) but overall i can't see the cheaper tickets being more expensive than they are now.

I think you are missing my point, I the ordinary man in the street currently pays £980 (east upper). I will now have to move to either the south/north stands which are not as good a view as I have now and will probably pay the same price that I am currently paying. The prices for the season tickets in the new stadium will not be available until late 2017.

You're absolutely right. Fans who pay for a good view now, will pay the same or more for a much worse view in the new stadium.
