Think it has been mentioned on here for at least a year some facilities won’t be ready on day one.

I’m not aware of any plans or need to reduce capacity unless something comes up in test events like toilets don’t work.

I hope not. I think it looks horrid, albeit it might look better on a larger bit of flooring.

Its the filter sheet on top of the insulation. The finishes will go on top of this, I would imagine bedded paving.
