I upgraded my membership to the OneHotspur+ this season. I had no idea that the pool of tickets available would be capped at 1000.

I'm glad it's capped at 1000. Any more and the £43/year normal membership would be completely useless. I'm already unsure whether to continue it after next season.

They should've upped the ticket prices in my opinion. Palace Grade A rather than B and Huddersfield should've been Grade B.

Clearly the demand is too high and this would help pull that back a little

It’s always been pretty clear that it was a thousand tickets released a day early for + members. It’s not a secret.

The issues with the system aren’t to do with that number, it’s that the queue system is completely random. If it is actually random they should just do a ballot rather than giving the sense of a queue which in fact means nothing.

Agree but problem with ballot is you would have even less chance as everyone would be included

It’s the first proper game, of course it’s going to be popular. Members will be able to get tickets next season, especially if we aren’t flying, I’ve no doubt about that.

I’m sure it’s frustrating but it can’t be unexpected.

Sorry, I don’t agree with this. I’m not sure it would make much difference for the first match(es). After all some were prepared to give their right bollock! :cautious:

It should be 6000 for Hotspur + and 1000 for Hotspur which is only available to Hotspur members and not the + group

After the delays to the stadium, not buying players, it would be even more of a pr disaster to see the club milking the fans for even more money.

Probably been asked before, but is anything open on non matchdays? If I went up this week during the week is the only thing open the megastore?

See someone laughed at this. But I actually think the club are missing a bit of trick here. If this stadium was in central London it would be a tourist attraction with the likes of the shard and the gherkin. I think there should be a section open 24/7 where you can go in and have lunch or dinner. Maybe that will happen when it’s totally finished in all areas. At a very rough guess there’s maybe 500k spurs supporters in London maybe more. And it gives those not lucky enough to get a ticket at least a chance to have a look inside. I think the tours are about £30. Maybe they could do something like a lunch pass for £15 that includes entry to one level and a bite to eat.

With the safe standing part on the lower tier, any gap you can see when the stadium is empty you won't see anywhere near as much on matchdays. Those guys are going to be standing and it'll squeeze that white gap into barely a visible line. I also love that the club have given wheelchair fans a variety of places to watch the game. South stand, upper East it seems, the West stand Infront of the media areas, behind the goal I think it's a real classy move by the club to give the less fortunate the full experience like any other fan is able to receive. Fair play to them

I know there are a few ambulant disabled areas, That are not for wheelchairs in the North and apparently East upper. I was told I’d be in a wheelchair by time I was 40. I’m 55 this month and pretty close to needing one

Even the old stadium was open 7 days a week. My mate was chef there and they had stuff going on all the time. This will be no different. Most will be private functions though. Businesses renting for meetings etc...

Yeah I was wondering whether the bars and restaurants would be open. Would be great place to meet mates and have a few beers in the Beaverton bars.

The M lounge (the media lounge) will be open during the week as a regular cafe.

You sure about that ? I doubt it somehow think it’s been specifically designed for the media. Although the fact it’s right on the high street maybe. But I think the market place would actually be perfect. Be great to just pop in for lunch and drink meet up with some other fans etc especially over the summer. I’ll email Donna lol.

Got my ticket for Palace...arranged for my flight and hotel. Very excited. Anyone remember where you can check out the view from your seat? In section 423.

I'm block 418 and this is two blocks to the right of me. So imagine this view but a bit further to the right I'd say?

At the last update on members the club website shows
175,819 one hotspur members, little wonder the system was overwhelmed. And about 90000 of those are Hotspur plus members.

They've been using the same system for years, and it's never worked terribly well. With greater demand for tickets, I'm astonished that they haven't looked to overhaul this system, particularly when it's run by ticketmaster who do have better systems. Surely it's not that complicated to have it work properly?
