Be interesting to see the first attendance figure shown for the stadium are we going to be completely honest and give actual figures or go down The Woolwich route. For example if you have a executive box that holds 20 people and for perhaps for a less attractive game you only have 10 guests , does that count as 20 on the attendance or 10. The Woolwich count it as 20 because that's the sold seats but that is not the attendance .

At the last update on members the club website shows
175,819 one hotspur members, little wonder the system was overwhelmed. And about 90000 of those are Hotspur plus members.

Anyone remember how many members there were in last season WHL. So many hidden financial returns on this stadium that’s a cool £9m just on membership.

After the delays to the stadium, not buying players, it would be even more of a pr disaster to see the club milking the fans for even more money.
Agree, and at the end of the day the season ticket prices had already been set for the whole season and the individual values of games agreed. There would have been uproar if a Cat B suddenly became a Cat A :barefoot:

Yeah I was wondering whether the bars and restaurants would be open. Would be great place to meet mates and have a few beers in the Beaverton bars.

trouble is, if stadium was open to the public during the week, it would mean having to have shutters on each stairwell to the seats. it would cost money on stadium tours, and leave it open to vandalism from non Spurs fans

You wouldn’t open the whole stadium. You could just open the market place. Not sure why you’d need shutters ? Just a rope across would be sufficient. You’d have some basic security but I’d find it hard to believe you’d get gangs of opposing fans rushing the stadium.

you might need to sort your lefts and rights out. because from that view block 418 will be on your right:cautious:

Ah yes your completely right. Don't know why I said 418 as I don't sit there. I sit in 422 so in actual fact the view from 423 will be on the left from here...

I'm not sure where the market place is, as Ive not been to the stadium yet, but without security you would get idiots finding ways to get up to the ground. extra security when not needed cost money

you don't need gangs, you only need 1 arsehole that feels the need to do some form of damage.

So the stadium has added £4-5m purely on memberships. Wonder how many members the other top 6 have.

Hard to find out but had a look at Chelsea and for 2018/19 it says membership sold out , so looks like they put a cap on it.

To rub salt into the many wounded members that Spurs have a little extract from the Chelsea site.

"LOYALTY POINTS
For some matches, priority will be given to customers who have accumulated loyalty points during the season. Tickets will go on sale as stated above. However, customers will be given the opportunity to apply for tickets based on the number of loyalty points earned during the season. The number of points will be reduced until all tickets are sold or all customers in the relevant categories have had the opportunity to apply for tickets."

I notice that Chelsea state for loyalty points earnt during the season, so under that system those members who stayed loyal at Wembley this season would have been given first opportunity to buy tickets , that is so much fairer the way Chelsea do ticketing..

I didn't get a Wembley season ticket as I didn't think I would be able to come to enough games. That was a huge mistake and a bit of a change in circumstances has meant that I have travelled up from Bournemouth to see all but a handful of games over the last two years. My one hotspur + has (almost) always given me access to tickets. Now it seems that I am unlikely to get to see many matches at all if I am in a scrum with over 250,000 others for 7000 tickets. I wonder where all those people were when we played Rochdale on that snowy night in February last year or against Watford in January?
