Then shortly after we finally get the nod from the judge and we move in for demolition, the RSPB will find a nesting site of rare breeding lesser spotted never red chested Tottenham tits up in the rafters of Archway Steel.

According to this report on the fire it's a 2 day hearing starting on the 15th.

As memntioned in sevaral earlier posts, there is no reason why the fire should delay the CPO hearing, nor the decision. It has no bearing on any of the matters that are under debate at the hearing, which will primarily concern whether the overall regeneration of Tottenham can proceed without a new football stadium.

And we don't have to 'buy their land'. The CPO has been granted to Haringey Council and, if the CPO is upheld, the council will acquire the ASM land at the valuation stated in the CPO. The terms under which Haringey will then transfer the land to THFC are not known, or at least have not been publicised.

So, the big High Court appeal starts tomorrow. I wonder if it will go on the for the 2 days or whether it will be laughed out after 5 mins. I just want this done and dusted.

A convincing win tonight against Burnley, followed by a big court win (clean sheet would be good) see's us on a bit of a run and looking good for Sunderland...
